OneInsight services were partially affected during a recent Google Cloud incident that resulted in elevated error rates across multiple Google Cloud Platform services (https://status.cloud.google.com//incident/zall/20003).

At that time, some customers may have experienced a delay when trying to access OneInsight, or may have noticed that certain information was not up to date.

All services are fully restored since around 4 am CET. We will continue to monitor the situation closely.
